Pumped to tell you guys that the 2nd single from “Future City Blues” is out now! “The Montauk” is a very special tune for both of us as its initial conception dates back to the very beginning of the Gramatik Stehreo musical journey and represents a pivotal moment in our exploration of fusing the 2 universes together! It also happens to be the only song on the album with lyrics not written by Adam. We were blessed by the mighty pen of Noxx Noon who wrote these lyrics for us in the early days and we built the song around her words — which is something we never do. Also, special thanks to Dark_Pxl for the art and animation! He’s been making crazy progress lately building our Future City in Unreal Engine, super exciting stuff, more on that soon! I hope you guys enjoy this one as much as we’ve enjoyed making it! 💥🙏💥
